On July 14, there was a special guest appearance by Mr. Clothes Hanger. Seems that a certain JARS member, which prefers to remain nameless, locked the keys to his truck inside of his truck. This nameless member luckily had a set of spare keys. However; he had carefully placed them in the side pocket of the door on the inside the locked vehicle so they wouldn't get lost. Another fortunate occurrence for this member was the fact that NC4BJ was there as the saga unfolded and was able to give a step by step update via the 27 repeater as the keys were being retrieved. Since this member wished to remain nameless, I am only at liberty to give his call sign.
Anyone, JARS membership is not a requirement, is invited to join us each Saturday morning from 8-10am for breakfast. I will warn you in advance, be prepared for some serious fun. Pollard's Grill is located on SR#1010 between HWY 50 and HWY 401. The grill is located at the end of Rand Road where it joins SR#1010. Talk-in available via the JARS Repeater. 147.27+
